Slipstream users can request deletion of their account and associated personal data by contacting Captain Decision. This page is publicly accessible and does not require login.
Send your request to contact@captaindecision.com.
To help us identify your account and process the request correctly, please include the following details in your email:
Requests are reviewed and processed within 30 days.
Where required, some operational records may be retained for legal, safety, audit, or airline operational purposes.
Any retained records will be limited to what is necessary for those obligations.
When contacting us, please clearly state whether you want us to delete your Slipstream account, delete associated personal data, or handle both requests together.
